2. Collection and Storage of personal data; Nature, Purpose and Use
Your data is collected, among other things, when you transmit it to us, for e.g. by filling out the forms available on this website or by those that you send us by email or post.
Further data can be automatically recorded by the IT system when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (for e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page viewed). Such data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
In addition, all information is collected that is necessary for the fulfillment of any agreement with you.
The collection of personal data takes place in order to identify you as a business partner or customer, if necessary to advise appropriately, to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations and to correspond with you. It is also used for invoicing or, if necessary, as part of the collection process and for asserting any claims against you. The data is also collected for the purposes of permitted direct publicity in order to keep you up to date (for e.g. to inform you about new initiatives, programs, news or events).
The processing of personal data takes place on the occasion of your inquiry to us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned for the processing of your assignment and for the fulfillment of obligations from the underlying agreement.
The personal data collected will be stored until the statutory retention period has expired and then deleted. This does not apply in exception cases, for example if we are obliged to store data for a longer period due to tax or commercial retention obligations (in accordance with local laws and regulations, such as HGB, StGB or AO), or if you have consented to further storage.
3. Transfer of data to third parties
A transfer of your personal data to third parties does not take place. Exceptions apply if this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you. This applies in particular to the purposes of data processing, the categories of personal data, possibly the categories of recipients, the storage period, possibly the origin of your data and, if necessary, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and any meaningful information on their details .

– Right to deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data stored with us if its processing is not necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
– Right to restriction of processing: You can request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it. You also have this right if we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. You also have this right if you have objected to the processing of your personal data;
– Right to data portability: You can request that we transmit the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Alternatively, you can request the direct transmission of the personal data you have provided to another person responsible, as far as this is possible.

6. Use of cookies

7. Web fonts
These pages use Google web fonts that are stored locally on our server. The fonts are therefore not downloaded from Google servers.
